By signing up and making this payment you are entering an agreement with Brigitte Zeitlin Nutrition (Practice).  The first payment must be made at the time of signing up. All payments are nonrefundable and this membership is non-transferrable.  You are able to cancel your membership at any time with written email notification of 48 hours advanced notice before the next payment is due, e.g. if your payment processes on the 15th of the month, you must write Practice before the the 13th of that month to cancel without charge.  Otherwise, the payment will process and your membership will end the following month with no recurring payments due.  Practice will reach out to you with any relevant resources, intake forms, and materials within 72 hours of you signing up.  If you have any questions, please email Brigtte@bznutritionny.com.  By purchasing this membership, Client understands and agrees to Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
